2  big full whole Cauliflowers

4  Medium size potatoes

Oven Style

 

CAULIFLOWER – cut into bite size pieces, keep the same size of the florets, medium. make sure to wash prior to cooking


Potatoes - Peel and chop potatoes into bite size, also rinse right after, then place into a bowl of water, place in the Microwave for 10 minutes, drain the water

 

Add the drained potatoes, cauliflower and (1) 16oz Curry Girl sauce and .5 cup of water into a deep dish. Cook on high at 350 degrees for 1 hour or till fully cooked.

 

 garnish with cilantro and serve! occasionally-garnish with cilantro.

Serve with rice or Naan bread

Rice Instructions

Combine 2.5 cups of basmati rice, 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk, 1.5 cups of water, and 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro. 

Allow to cook per rice cooker or stove top directions

 

Serve over rice!
