Lamb Curry 


4lbs pounds boneless lamb shoulder
 -One 16oz Jar Curry Girl Authentic Curry Sauce
-1/2 Cup of Water
Cooking Time 

Heat Curry Girl sauce in a medium size pan then add bitesize chopped lamb and water, bring to boil, cook till lamb is tender, add little more water if needed to prevent it from sticking to the cookpot, add freshly chopped cilantro once cooked


Rice Instructions

Combine 2.5 cups of basmati rice, 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk, 1.5 cups of water, and 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro. 

Allow to cook per rice cooker or stove top directions
