4lbs Pounds of Chicken Thighs

1 16oz Jar of CurryGirl Mild Curry


Remove fat & Chop Chicken  into Bite-size pieces, add  To crockpot with 1 16oz Curry Girl Sauce and 1 cup of water, Let it cook on high for 4.5 hours in the crockpot & Garnish with Cilantro after.

Stovetop- same thing, add to cooking pot, cook everything described above but cook for 1 hour stirring occasionally then add chopped cilantro to garnish

Serve with Rice and or Naan Bread


Rice Instructions

Combine 2.5 cups of basmati rice, 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk, 1.5 cups of water, and 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro. 

Allow to cook per rice cooker or stove top directions
