5 16oz Cans of Chickpeas
2 to 3 cups of Pico de Gallo
Nacho Chips, you can do different colors
Vegan Cheddar block cheese - Melt it and grind in a blender with coconut milk

Cook chickpeas in a crockpot for 3 hours or stovetop for 45 minutes with 16oz Curry Girl Sauce,  Garnish with Cilantro once fully cooked

Serve with Rice

 

Combine 2.5 cups of basmati rice, 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk, 1.5 cups of water, and 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro. 

Allow to cook per rice cooker or stove top directions
