Tofu & Peas Masala

















3 Cups of Frozen Peas
3 14oz packets of Tofu
1 10 or 12oz Unsweetened coconut milk
16oz Curry Girl Tikka Masala

Chop Tofu into small Bite-size pieces, Sautéed in coconut oil on the stove top, sprinkle salt and pepper, sauté till golden brown, Then add 1 16oz ounce curry girl Tikka Masala Sauce and coconut milk and peas.

Let it simmer for 20 to 30 minutes max
Garnish with Cilantro

Serve with Rice and or Naan Bread


Rice Instructions

Combine 2.5 cups of basmati rice, 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk, 1.5 cups of water, and 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro. 

Allow to cook per rice cooker or stove top directions
