3  16oz cans of chickpeas

3  Medium size potatoes

Peel and chop potatoes, add to crockpot with drained chickpeas and (1) 16oz Curry Girl sauce and 1 cup of water. Cook on high for 4 hours, garnish with cilantro and serve!

Stovetop-
Same instructions as above, however, cook 2 hours, stirring occasionally-garnish with cilantro.

Serve with rice or Naan bread

Rice Instructions

Combine 2.5 cups of basmati rice, 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk, 1.5 cups of water, and 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro. 

Allow to cook per rice cooker or stove top directions

 

Serve over rice!
